Data protection
Privacy Policy
How Firma Voshod III LLP processes enquiries, technical information, visit statistics and cookie choices on voshod-ice.kz.
1. General provisions
This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the ‘Policy’) sets out how information that may be obtained when using https://voshod-ice.kz (the ‘Site’) and when contacting us by email is processed and protected.
The Site is used by Firma Voshod III LLP to publish information about the company and its products. Firma Voshod III LLP is the controller of personal data processed in connection with use of the Site (the ‘Controller’).
This Policy has been prepared with regard to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection. If a particular matter is not expressly covered by the Policy, the requirements of the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply.
Simply browsing the Site does not mean that the visitor consents to optional analytics processing. Until consent is given, browser-based Matomo code does not load; only anonymised aggregate page-view totals are counted without identifying the visitor.

When contacting us by email
- the sender’s email address;
- name, position, organisation and contact details, if voluntarily provided by the sender;
- the enquiry text and information contained in attachments;
- other information voluntarily supplied for consideration of the enquiry.

- clicks on elements, link visits, file downloads and technical errors.
The Controller does not ask users to send health information, biometric data, passwords, payment details or copies of identity documents through the Site or ordinary email unless required by law or an agreed business procedure.
4. Purposes of processing
- to ensure the operation, security and technical resilience of the Site;
- to detect errors, misuse and attempted unauthorised access;
- to analyse visits and improve the structure, content and usability of the Site;
- to consider enquiries, prepare responses and conduct related business correspondence;
- to comply with legal requirements and protect the Controller’s legitimate interests.
The Controller does not use web analytics to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for visitors or significantly affect their rights.
5. Email enquiries
Information from an email enquiry is used only to consider it, prepare a response, conduct related business correspondence and comply with legal requirements.
The sender’s address is not automatically added to a marketing mailing list. Information about products, deliveries or news is sent at the sender’s request or with separate consent that allows the recipient to opt out of further messages.
Senders are advised not to include excessive personal data in an ordinary email or attach documents that are not needed for a response.
6. Web analytics and statistics
To understand how visitors find and use the Site, the Controller uses Matomo On-Premise, hosted on the Site infrastructure with Hoster.kz. Control of analytics data remains with the Controller.
Matomo may generate metrics on visits, referral sources, pages viewed, viewing duration and sequence, device and browser types, approximate distribution by country and region, clicks, downloads and technical errors.
Matomo is not used for advertising, cross-site profiling or sharing data with advertising networks. The contents of emails, email fields and documents are not sent to the web analytics system.
Before consent, the request payload sent to the counter contains only the normalised path of the opened page. The analytics counter does not store or pass to Matomo the visitor’s IP address, user agent, referrer, cookies, local identifier or individual activity history. Matomo receives a server-side request containing the page path and one shared technical identifier for the aggregate channel, which is not associated with a particular visitor.
After the visitor consents, browser-based Matomo code loads and detailed analytics becomes available. Configuration measures include truncating network addresses, limiting retention to 12 months, access controls and other data-minimisation measures.
The Site may display a public visitor counter. A browser is counted once after analytics consent; the counter therefore does not include visitors who have not given such consent. It shows only an aggregate number and does not reveal a particular user’s identity, address or activity history to other visitors.
7. Cookies and visitor choice
The Site uses necessary technologies to save technical settings and the visitor’s analytics choice. Aggregate page views are counted without cookies or visitor identifiers. Optional Matomo cookies and the visitor-counter cookie are set only after consent.
Declining analytics does not prevent access to the Site’s content. The Site does not use advertising cookies and is not intended for cross-site behaviour tracking.
The cookie choice is stored for up to 12 months. Visitors can change it at any time using the button below or delete the Site data in their browser settings.
8. Disclosure to third parties
The Controller does not sell personal data or provide it to advertising networks for their own visitor profiling.
Access to information may be granted, to the extent necessary, to the hosting and email provider, specialists who maintain the Site and analytics, public authorities where required by law, and other persons where the visitor has separately consented or disclosure is needed to fulfil the visitor’s request.
The Site may contain links to external resources. After following a link, data processing is governed by the relevant owner’s rules. Connecting a new external service that receives visitor information requires an assessment of its terms and, where necessary, an update to this Policy.
9. Retention periods
- web server logs — no longer than 12 months;
- detailed Matomo data — no longer than 12 months;
- anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot identify a visitor — without a time limit;
- ordinary email enquiries — up to 1 year after correspondence ends;
- correspondence concerning a contract, delivery, claim or partnership — for the period required by the business purpose and the law;
- cookie choice information — up to 12 months or until the visitor changes the choice.
At the end of the retention period, information is deleted or anonymised unless continued storage is required by law or to protect the Controller’s legitimate interests.
10. Information security
The Controller applies organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed. These include a secure HTTPS connection, restricted administrative access to hosting, email and analytics, unique strong passwords, and access granted only to persons who need it for their work.
Updates, backups and additional safeguards are applied in line with the capabilities of the services used. If an incident is identified, the Controller takes measures to limit its impact and restore secure operation.
11. Visitor rights
To the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a visitor has the right to:
- request access to their data and request its clarification, correction, blocking or deletion where there are lawful grounds;
- opt out of optional analytics and marketing communications.
12. Changes to the Policy
The Controller may update the Policy if the law, Site functions, analytics, contact methods or information-processing procedures change. The new version is published on the Site with its update date.
Material changes affecting previously given consent are not applied retrospectively without a proper basis.
The Policy is published in Russian, Kazakh and English. If the wording differs, the Controller follows the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensures that the translations correspond to the Russian version.
